Whole Body Detox




With the arrival of the new season comes the so-called spring fatigue.
A solution to avoid this situation is the cleaning of our body and a vitamin boost.
A detox diet can be followed from 7-14 days depending on the severity and health of each individual.
With a non-vitamin diet naturally detoxifying, removing harmful substances from the body accumulated over winter. Some simple rules to follow for those who wish to take a course / detox diet:
1. Increase fluid intake (fresh, juices, sweetened teas, water / mineral water)
2. Reduction (best bet would be to eliminate) the consumption of coffee, alcohol, tobacco, soft drinks commercially
3. Increase consumption of fruits and vegetables
4. To change the refined carbohydrates with whole grains, and the consumption of sunflower oil with the olive oil.
5. Moderate consumption of hydrogenated fats and animal proteins.
6. Removing too many foods containing food additives.

A day detox:
In the morning a fresh orange, apple and carrots 300 ml of oat biscuits 50 g
At noon a portion of steamed mixed vegetables cooked brown rice 150 g addition, a slice of chicken breast with sesame seeds 100 g. Snack is fresh fruit choice, a grapefruit or a juicy apple.
At dinner, vegetables and mushrooms grilled with a slice of baked trout prepared with lemon juice.
A lemonade detox known that can be consumed 2-3 times a day (2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 teaspoons of maple syrup and a pinch of cayenne pepper)
Spring is the perfect season for refreshing your body and replenish energy
Movement helps clean outdoor airway and sauna detoxification is a method well known and very effective.

 Training Program

Unless Fitness is your job nobody has hours a day to spend in the gym. Circuit training is the perfect workout for the time-crunched fitness fiend. You can set up as many or as few stations as you like.

Example:
•Upper-body
     - Press ups, Bench dips, Medicine ball chest pass, Bench lift
•Core & trunk
     - Sit ups (lower abdominal's), Stomach crunch (upper abdominal's), Back extension chest raise
•Lower-body
     - Squat jumps, Astride jumps, Step ups, Shuttle runs, Shuttle runs, Bench squat
•Total-body
     - Bur-pees, Treadmills, Squat thrusts, Skipping(optional)

Monday Upper-body: 15x Push-ups; 10-12x Bench dips; 10x Medicine ball chest pass; 10-15 Bench lift: Do it in circuit 4x times, between sets 30 sec pause.







Tuesday Core &truck: 15x Sit ups(lower abdominal's) ;15x Stomach crunch (upper abdominal's);15x Back extension chest raise : Do it in circuit 4x times , between sets 30 sec pause.











Wednesday  Lowe-body: 15x Squat jumps, 15x Astride jumps, 12x Step ups(Each leg), 15 sec Shuttle runs, 15x Bench squat. Do it in circuit 4x times, between sets 30 sec pause.








Friday Total-Body:10-15x Burphee, 4-5 min running interval 1 min sprint 1 min jogging, 10-15x  Squat thrusts, 30-60sec Skipping. Do it in circuit 4x times, between sets 30 sec pause.






Weekends:  Jogging-Running

Body Mass Index



When people find out about my job, among the many questions ... How many kg should I have for my height?
The calculation of body mass index is a simple and very useful to find out if we are in the heathy standard.
With programs on the internet or with the help of a graph like the one in picture, or a simple mathematical formula we can calculate this value.
Body Mass Index is one of the first things that are take in consideration from a nutritional consultation. This value helps us see if we have some weight problems.




Underweight is a health problem as serious obesity, people with BMI of less than 18.5 are at risk as well. Lack of adequate intake of macronutrients (proteins, lipids, carbohydrates) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) can lead to immunodeficiency and severe infections, anemia, low blood pressure and cardiac output (with dizziness, palpitations and fainting), oxygen tissue loss, bone demineralization with the appearance of fractures, decreased muscle mass.
Normal weight is between 18.5 - 24.9 in this case, the equilibrium must be maintained, it is always room for more and better, we can improve our lifestyle with exercise, healthy food and a balanced diet!
Overweight is between 25 - 29.9 if we fit into this category lifestyle changes could lead to the many pluses in our health and how we look in the mirror!
Obesity has three degrees of from 30 to 40+, what brings a series of complications of metabolic, vascular, cardiac, respiratory, etc. But the most important fact how we feel in our skin!

 Plate method

We hear everywhere on television, radio, read tones of articles, we know we should have a balanced and healthy meal plan.

 But how many of us know what it means to have a balanced diet?

"For your health eat fruits and vegetables daily." "For the healthy life exercise at least 30 minutes every day” information about the salt, sugar and fat intake. Who have not heard it before? But how many of us respect at least a part of these recommendations?
A main dish should look like this: 1/4 fruit (any fruit is welcome, preferably fresh fruit, or juices), 1/4 vegetables (as well can be eaten grilled or prepared at steam, fresh vegetables variation is very large you just have to find our taste combinations) .1/4 meat or other protein source (preferably white meat but red meat once a week for a rich source of B12, Fe) soy or dairy. ¼ whole grains (brown rice, whole meal pasta, etc.)
You are thinking how this combination might look on your plate?




Here are some ideas how to eat something delicious and good for your health. Imagine your plate with brown rice with your favorite spices, over a slice of grilled chicken breast with sesame seeds near a portion of steamed vegetables.

We will have a healthy and balanced diet. We will eat at fixed hours. We have a rich menu with delicious natural bio ingredients, you will learn how to prepare the food in a healthy way, also you will taste the Transylvanian traditional cuisine, in which I guarantee that you will fall in love, but don’t worry you will learn some recipes. All this with the help of our Nutritionist who will be there for you.
We will make sport! Maybe this looks scary at the first but, we have the right person in the right place, a Trainer will follow all your steps from the beginning and he will develop a program which fits you and you will see the results in no time. And the exercises are so fun that you will forget that you are doing physical exercises.
We will relax have fun!!! In everyday life we can’t relax because we are to stressed, but here when you are in the nature, and you feel the fresh mountain air, every part of your body and mind is relaxing, also we have some relaxing facilities and relaxing programs, you will feel like with friends here we will do many things together, you will never feel alone! And at not least we have special trips in the weekends at Transylvanian most beautiful cities and castles.
